Instructions For Organic Tees

• Washing: Machine wash cold (30°C or below) inside out with like colors. Use mild, eco-friendly detergent—avoid bleach or harsh chemicals to protect AZO-free dyes and water-based prints.
• Drying: Air dry flat in the shade to maintain shape and prevent fading. Tumble dry low if needed, but natural drying is best for the planet and fabric.
• Ironing: If required, iron inside out on low heat (cotton setting). No steam needed—our silicon wash keeps the soft hand feel intact.
• Storage: Fold and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to retain color fastness and prevent pilling.
• Pro Tip: Wash less often—our 200 GSM heavyweight quality resists odors and holds up to everyday wear. Less washing means longer life and lower water use.

Delivery Times

• Within India: Delivery within 1-2 Business days from Dispatch.
• Dispatch Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after confirmation (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays).
• Delays: Rare, but possible due to weather, festivals, or carrier issues—we'll keep you updated via email.

Exchanges & Returns at Terra Moda

At Terra Moda, we make every GOTS-certified organic cotton tee to last, and we want it to fit you right. If the size isn’t right, swapping is easy. If something’s wrong with your order, we’ll fix it. To keep our footprint low, we don’t offer returns for a change of mind. Fewer back-and-forth shipments means less waste.

Exchanges

• Time frame: Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with original tags and packaging. We check every exchange to make sure it’s in resalable condition.
• What you can exchange: A different size or colour of the same product, subject to availability.

Returns & refunds: only if we got it wrong

• If your order arrives damaged, defective (e.g. a stitching or print issue) let us know within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo.
• We’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund, Depending on the situtation, and we cover all shipping.

What we can’t accept

• Returns or refunds for change of mind, or because a size didn’t fit (exchange it instead).
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered or are missing tags.
• Personalised or custom-printed items, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
